Vaestöliitto wanted to raise awareness of the Womento Mentoring Program on social media, attract more mentors and mentees, and strengthen the program’s visibility in relation to diversity, inclusion, and CSR.
The campaign needed to communicate the value of the program in a way that felt authentic and easy to connect with.

To respect the privacy of interviewees who preferred not to use personal photos, custom illustrated portraits were created for each testimonial. Lily of the valley was used for mentors, reflecting empathy, kindness, and a connection to Finland. Dandelions were used for mentees, symbolizing movement, resilience, and new beginnings.
This approach allowed the campaign to feel personal, authentic, visually appealing, while giving the client original visual assets that could be reused beyond one campaign.
